There are enough billions in US banks that the Feds know is drug trade cash to pay for the wall several times over. Why stop with El Chapo, take all the cash they know is drug money.
Then again, how many corporate golden parachute and pension funds would be bankrupted if they took all the cash from the drug trade out of the system?
