Trump made his bones by having contracts say what HE wanted them to say. I trust that he hasn’t forgotten that or suddenly developed new, bad habits in this regard. If the bill contains a bomb, his people will find it and he’ll shut everything down in a heartbeat. Chuck and Nancy are just NOT going to outsmart this guy, it is almost metaphysically impossible.
