1. He admitted to launching the investigation.
2. It does appear the we will have direct evidence that McCabe and many others intentionally used fraudulent information to spy and investigate Trump and his team. FISA court fraud.
3. It is very unlikely that he can produce any information at the time of the launch the investigation that could justify the investigation.
4. It is very unlikely that he can claim ignorance of policies, procedures or the law.
5. Although they will all claim to the contrary, the only reasonable explanation is that McCabe et al were motivated by a desire to see that the president was removed from office. That is called a conspiracy to commit sedition against an elected and then sitting president. WE have already seen quite a bit of bias and animus against Trump which supports the motivations for the conspiracy against Trump.
6. The DOJ cannot be the venue for adjudication because too many in the DOJ have been complicit in this matter. Military tribunals with trials, convictions and executions are the only appropriate remedy.
Ruth Ginsburg and Jeff Sessions are at Gitmo preparing the military tribunals. Trust...

While the media acts as if McCabe’s comments are somehow damning to Trump, actually this is a total admission that the people at the FBI, who are all the usual suspects like Sztrok, Page and McCabe behaved totally inappropriately when Omey was fired and they took actions which were completely political and out of proportion. They had absolutely no perspective because they just wanted to get Trump. Imagine admitting that you attempted to plot to remove the president from office just because he fired the FBI director, something he was entirely empowered and justified to do.

This is all about who has ‘political power’ within the government, to do what and where and to whom, and those who are using and abusing the power of their positions. ....We’re simply watching ‘their war’ similar to that of mafia groups waring among themselves.....

He’s lying about the 25th too. He knows invoking the 25th Amendment is much more difficult than impeachment. They were talking up the 25th strictly to influence public opinion.
So we will now have a new normal of every Republican President treated like this and Midterm elections like the last one. Maybe we don’t need to worry because the GOP is about to go the way of the Whigs and the rule of law plus adherence to the Constitution a thing of the past.We need a new party based on Trumpism/MAGA but that may be impossible and we will be stuck with the joint DNC-GOP party.

If Trump releases documents deep state players will know exactly what Trump has and they can conspire and construct counter-intelligence.
As long as deep state players aren't sure exactly what Trump has and what Trump knows they have to be very careful in how they present their alleged evidence as release of documents will send them to federal prison.

McCabe has a “lack of candor” about this “matter” and he did it “unwittingly”.
