The bill, introduced by Sens. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.), Cory Booker (D-N.J.) and Tim Scott (R-S.C.), makes lynching punishable as a hate crime.
The bill previously passed the Senate in December, but it did not clear the then-GOP controlled House before the end of the 115th Congress. It passed on Thursday by a voice vote.

If Trump vetos bills, the Fake News says he is pro lyching.
But Trump would just highlight current anti lynching laws.
Then he would declare WALLPHOBES & WALLDENIERS in Congress as losers who hate Americans.
I don't remember Kamala or Cors excoriating their fellow dems for their past so maybe Trump could also give Americans esp the media a little history lesson:

The dems have worked hard and long to get Republicans to this point and it won't be undone overnight. Personally, I don't think it will ever be undone. Don't know what I'd do if I didn't believe that the Lord remains in control despite all the pertinences to the opposite.

The latest one I can recall is the "trump supporter" with the sales tag still on his hat viciously attacking a BBC cameraman at the El Paso rally, and then him and the story disappearing from the airwaves - not difficult to figure that one out...
I still do believe there can be a new day in the land, not as much as I used to, but I still do believe.

Calvin Coolidge tried repeatedly to get Congress to make lynching a federal crime because the Democrat Terrorist militia was going wild in the South.
Why, are they planning on staging some more lynchings?
I doubt anybody would call what happened to Jessie ‘lynching’, even before it has become likely that he staged it.
And isn’t lynching already a crime? I mean, we sent people to the electric chair for it (did we hang anybody for it?)
And how many people have been actually lynched in the past 5 years? According to the interwebs, the last lynching was in 1981.
Is THIS what the democrats were elected for? To pass a lynching law making something illegal that never happens, and to give the president almost a billion and a half times more than what Pelosi promised ($1 dollar)?
I’m pretty sure lynching does historically mean hanging, although a report that claims there have been 5 lynchins in the past 10 years, 3 of them were people being run over by cars, one was a break-in shooting, and one was a suicide by hanging that the family insists was a lynching by the friends of the white woman the guy was dating.
