Rosenstein was serious when he offered to wear a wire and invoke the 25th Amendment. Obviously Trump was kidding when he asked the Russians to divulge Hillary’s emails.

Proving that they are also idiots. All Trump would have had to do was report to Congress that no disability exists and he is right back in charge. Congress can over-ride him by a 2/3 vote in BOTH houses. To merely impeach takes a majority in the House and a 2/3 in the Senate.
The 25th is harder to use than regular impeachment. At least they didn’t go the JFK route this time, BUT I bet it has been and still is being discussed by the same circles.
