Motion by Stone’s counsel providing copy of unsealed indictment sent by CNN counsel to Stone’s counsel at approx 6:30 am. Failure to report leak is a felony (misprision of felony). Sending unsealed SECRET document to Stone’s attorney is a felony. Mueller’s team sending unsealed indictment to CNN is a felony. Placing a gag order by the court violates so many canons of judges the entire federal judiciary is affected.
