In the original reporting of this, what a year ago, sources said Rosenstein told the group in the meeting that Sessions would go along with recruiting for the 25th Amendment option.

Chao’s family is from Taiwan. She was born there. I’m sure they love a U.S. President who is standing up to the government of Red China.

Removing the President under the 25th Amendment is so ludicrous that it would have to be two seriously stupid cabinet members. Read the text of the 25th Amendment, and you'll understand what I mean.

Sessions wasn't one of the two, if there is any truth to this story. Even if he wanted to remove Trump from office, he would have known better than anyone else how stupid this cockamamie scheme was.

Baker said that McCabe and Page said that Rod said that two cabinet members said.

Reminds me of a game.

It's hearsay cubed.

I doubt there were two cabinet members.

Sessions, Mattis, Shulkin, Chao, Coats, Haley, Tillerson...

So many to pick from.

So do I.

If there were, I could almost guarantee you that Mattis was one of them. He had to be the most overrated hack in Washington in decades.

I am surprised it was only two. So many snakes in our nation’s capital. Tillerson and somebody else.

end the Mueller farce.

cancel all of Mueller’s indictments.

arrest the coup-plotters, from top to bottom.

The Cabinet is not that large but that’s a good list. It’s just the people with Secretary in their title. The other positions are considered “cabinet level” but are not officially in the Cabinet.

Weren’t there a number of Obama holdovers that stayed on into Trump’s first year? If so those would be the prime suspects, no?

I have 2 possible reasons they could count 2 votes for the misuse of the 25th amendment. After all it’s an unverifiable claim no matter which way you look at it.

1. Those two are already known by Trump inc. because they were directed to join as counter agents to keep track of the depth of the quick sand being laid out by the deep state swamp.

2. Nobody in the administration would hook up with the FBI/DOJ for what is clearly a misuse of the 25th amendment. So it didn’t happen or was taken and counted in such a way as to be Rothstein (with sessions abstaining) and some fish like Comey. or somebody who might have inherited his position for a small period of time.

Either way I beleive it to be mere disinformation leaked by team Mueller or the two opposition members of the gang of 8,

If there was ever clear evidence that the Mueller investigation is a trumped up hoax, this is it. Rosenstein, Comey, and McCabe cooked this up to take down a sitting President. Comey opened up the investigation of the Trump campaign in July 2016. His firing in May 2017 triggered the appointment of a Special Counsel by Rosenstein who also renewed the FISA warrant against Page and who knows who else.

And Brennan was active in March of 2016 using Halper, Mifsud, Downer, and MI-5 to target Trump campaign people like Papadopoulos and Page. In addition, Glenn Simpson, Steele, and the Ohr’s were using the media to spread the dossier and entrap Don Jr. in the infamous Trump Tower meeting.

All of those involved in this ongoing coup attempt need to be brought to justice. If they aren’t, then this Republic is finished.

Sedition and conspiracy to commit sedition captures a lot of people, including the media.

Tillerson was my first thought as well.

I bet there were more than two, however. Among them, Haley, Kelly, Mattis. If the momentum really got going, Chao, Sessions, Coats. Even Pompeo, Mnuchin, Mulvaney, Ross, and Perry. Pence would have been there as well.

I really think the first six months were touch and go. I don’t know who the second one was that the agent has in mind here, however.

Yes, Sessions was supposed to be a longtime Bush property, some thought even sent over early to the Trump campaigbn at their bidding, right?
