I think George Washington’s birthday was actually the 22nd before they messed it up, right? Lincoln’s birthday was the 12th in our history, wasn’t it?

Yes, they combined them and added Woodrow Wilson and Jimmy Carter just for kicks....

Washington’s Birthday was actually February 11 1731 according to the Julian Calendar in use at that time. Then we changed calendars and added 11 days.

Yes. But fun fact, the calendar read February 11, the day he was born. England was fairly late to adopt the Gregorian calendar in 1752. Washington did thereafter celebrate his birthday on the 22nd.
