and yet investigators haven’t been able to identify the perp apparently- Evidently noone on campus has ever seen the student they’ve been going to school with for quite some time? Faculty don’t recognize him? Can’t point out where He’s staying? Imagine this kind of incompetence when it came to ‘locating roger stone’?
