Does that mean that there won’t be enough GOP opposition to stop the president from declaring an Emergency?
I think I know what that means, but I’m not too proud to just ask you all here.
I believe the writer needs to go back to English classes, the Rats will not get the GOP votes to override a veto.
To sustain a veto in this case means the resolution does NOT become law. That is, Trump’s will be done.
