Disgraced politician Anthony Weiner, AKA “Carlos Danger” in online profiles he used for sexting and swapping saucy photos, is at a Bronx halfway house after his early release from prison.
And even though he shouldn’t have a cell phone per house rules, a fellow resident of the Fordham Manor house told the Daily News on Monday that inmates in the good graces of staff often get to keep their phones.

“I feel like he shouldn’t be out to be honest. He’s a sexual predator, 15-years-old,” the resident said.
The resident said he’s a father of two who thinks of his own kids in light of Weiner’s actions. “I don’t feel right having him in the building,” he said.

What is the over/under on how long it takes Weiner to make it back to jail?
I give him about 6 months (with a month on either side of that) before he’s outed for sexting someone.
Nothing ever happened concerning the vast amount of secret information contained on his laptop...
His address and personal information will always be public, and communities may be notified when he moves in. He'll have to register in other states if he travels (if he travels to Florida for five days or longer, he'll also be on their registry for life; many other states have similar rules). While on probation, Weiner may face residency restrictions as well as other regulations regarding contact with children, including his son.
If he moves, he'll have to notify police there and be on that registry. Other numerous lifetime restrictions in New York include reporting annually to the state sex offender office, notifying them within 10 days of moving, reporting yearly for updated photos, and providing all Internet screen names and email accounts.
