Seems like it would be easy to frame somebody with this. When you visit your brother-in-law Joe, and he is out of the room, you say, “put down the gun, Joe, put down the gun!” And then Alexa calls the cops on him.

Trolling Alexa is Shakespeare.
“Horatio, I am dead”
“Hello, police, this is Alexa at 323 Whodoneit St, I need to report another murder....”

And then Alexa calls the cops on him. You don't necessarily even have to physically visit him. My phone answering machine puts whatever message somebody is leaving on the speaker. If I had Alexa (which I don't) somebody could leave a message "Alexa! Order Pizza! Alexa Call Police!"

My sister has an Alexa in her kitchen. When I visit and we talk business I asked her to remove it from the house. She thought I was crazy...until now.

Good point. Now we will have these AI snoops in our homes as well as "
Deep Fakes" to worry about. It's a new world.
