That’s present tense—she’s not running NOW. She’s not saying that she won’t in the future.
Fauahontas did the same thing a few years ago.
1. Hillary was the first word that should have clued most people that graphics would likely be found deeper in the thread so that a thousand words would not have to be typed.

“I’m not running” is NOT the same thing as “I WILL not Run”.

Not at all, if I say that I am not eating that is true at the moment but it is far different from saying I will not eat. There is really nothing ambiguous about it, she is currently not running but if she says a month or two from now that she has decided to run then I have no quarrel with her statement even though I think she is possibly the most despicable excuse for a human on the entire planet.
Actually the person who has a real problem with communication is the idiot writer who wrote a headline saying that Hillary had “ruled out” running for president again. Even though I despise her without limit I have to say that she certainly did NOT rule out running again but there will be many who will insist that she did. It’s no surprise to me though, there seems to be a growing tsunami of writers who have minimal understanding of the meaning of words. I consider inability to communicate to be one of the greatest threats facing us at this time.

I hate to sound as if I am defending this insane excuse for a woman but according to the quote Hillary did NOT say that she was not GOING to run, she said that she is not running. At the moment I am not eating, does that sound as if I am saying that I have no intention of EVER eating?
Does no one understand the English language anymore? There is a huge difference between I’m not running and I will not run. She may very well try to run again and if she does thousands will be pointing out how she “LIED”. I, who despise her, will be saying no, she did NOT lie. Someone needs to go back to teaching the English language in this country.

He’s boring as stale rice cakes, his Hilary 2.0 wife is a liability no matter what anyone says, and he wouldn’t carry Ohio and everyone who’s not deluded knows it.
Plus you know, crowded field. With him taking his sweet time, I figured he was out. Progatard activists love him but they love Bernie more.
Added bonus, if he were elected we’d get his Senate seat, for this reason an intelligent rat nominee wouldn’t consider him for VP. Lieberman selection would cost the rats Senate control if Gore had won. For same reason as counter-intuitive as it seems, Beta O’Joke has much better prospects for being on the ticket after losing the Senate race than if he had won.
Also out, Mike Bloomberg, who correctly figures he’d have a hard time winning the nomination after wasting millions of dollars. ‘
An aside but I just read that Tom Dasshole was considering a run in 2004 and shocked close aides by deciding not to in early 2003, I never heard that.
When no candidate gets the nomination after 4 ballots, hillary will be put forward and will win the nomination

We know she'd like to be president, but maybe she knows she doesn't have what it takes for a third all-out run. Her health and stamina aren't that good lately.
