I actually called Amazon customer service and inquired why the book was no longer available. The agent I spoke with didn't know and told me they would send my inquiry up the chain.

Later that day I received the below email from the person I had talked to on the phone. While it would be easy to just write this off as Amazon folding to the Islamist's, - and that might be the reason in a nutshell - there may be other, more serious and strategic reasons. Maybe the author/publisher removed it for security reasons of their own.

The enemy are radical Islamists and those who are supporting the spread of Islam, like a certain billionaire who funds many of these groups going after anyone (like Tommy Robinson) who speaks out against Islamist Terrorists in the West.
