These are people CAUGHT or REFUSED entry. How many are NOT being caught along our 1,954 mile border with Mexico, and disappearing into the interior of this country? I estimate only 25% are caught, which makes the number of people invading this country at 2 million illegal aliens a year.

We need to use the government's OWN statistics to show the nature of this illegal, hostile invasion.

I get tired of this claim that 90% of drugs come through the ports.

How is this KNOWABLE? You only know what you catch, not how much you missed.

I suppose you might be able to extrapolate drug user rates across the population, from other *estimates*, along with the average amount of drugs consumed per person (another *estimate*) and figure out the quantity of drugs that must be coming into the country to sustain that consumption, then compare to how much we catch through the ports on a regular basis.

Even then, we’d need to be actually catching close to 100% of the drugs coming across to know what percent was coming through the port. We know neither. The moment you don’t catch a payload you have no idea if it made it into the country through the port or the border.

In my opinion that statement just makes him another tool of the Democrats.

Unrestrained human immigration IS the problem with tens of thousands crossing where there is no border wall. And while those people may only be looking for a better life, they will depend on the US government for support. The Democrats will make them into a permanent dependency class and future voters that will give them unrestricted power as far into the future that we can see.

The Wisconsin USAF NG unit Kinzinger belongs to has been ordered home by newly elected Democrat (in name only) Party Governor Evers. The governor has also ordered the Illinois Congressman disciplined because of insubordination resulting from his comments posted here.

It’s time we consider illegal entry by any person who is a non Mexican citizen illegally entering the United States through the US Mexican border a defacto Mexican citizen with limited Mexican constitutional rights subject to their laws while transiting. As well as any Mexican citizen entering illegaly exempting those who do so legally and meet US citizenship requirements. All subject to reciprocal citizen treatment a citizen of the United States receives in Mexico through the Mexican constitution on citizenship .

Besides being unable to vote one must also be a citizen to own land and Mexico is very restrictive about granting citizenship. Because of that a US citizen besides not being able to vote,and cannot have title in their name to any land property in Mexico. And until that is changed the US and the affected state should consider making that reciprocal. Prohibiting any illegal entrant employment.Plus voting, and land ownership privileges are denied and fully enforced .. .

Kinzinger went to the border himself, not as a member of Congress but as part of a National Guard deployment, where his eyes got opened to the real emergencies on the southern border. Kinzinger explains in detail why the US should be more concerned about human and drug trafficking than immigration, and why the lack of a border wall makes it nearly impossible to fight either...
