Why not 14? 12?

Why not any age, even at birth. The parents can vote the child’s interest. Maybe the can even vote for aborted babies, if they can prove they had an abortion. Of course many dead currently vote Democrat, so what’s the difference. (sarc)

Personally I wish they would return the voting age to 21, as it was when I first was able to vote. And thinking back, I nor many of my friends really didn’t need to vote until we were 25 and/or employed full time.

Why not 40? Speaking as someone who was once 40, and had friends who were 40, I don’t think that most people develop their full potential (whatever it might be) until then.
