Smollet’s victimhood was supposed to have been a symbol of the inherent racism and homophobia of Trump supporters that Kamala Harris would use as a centerpiece of her presidential campaign. She was one of the first, if not the first, to jump up and support him after the alleged attack. I bet if the Feds put the screws to Smollet, he will confess his collusion with Harris.

As for Kaepernick, he is another radical, racialist, communist who is seeking to become a symbol for the next generation of Black Panthers to rally behind and work toward the violent overthrow of this country. Make no mistake - there are evil forces out there endangering the US.

esp. if he proves “drug abuse” or alcohol abuse

then if you get probation because of those reasons, you can get the conviction permanently erased from your record after a time
