In CT you have to have an “ammo card” or a pistol permit to buy ammunition.

I and my customers used to buy it in by the pallet, right after 9-11, delivered by common carrier to my nursery business, in PA. We all have ammo in the 6-figures, for 8+ calibers. Want some?
