Some people in Gaza are TERRIFIED of Hamas because Hamas puts rockets in their homes, so when Israel goes after the rockets, and the people in the house die, they are considered “Martyrs” but they are forced into this. Israel allows many of these people into Israel to work, and what do many of them do, they end up stabbing Israeli’s..I see what happened with Brigit Gabriel, she is wonderful, lived in Lebanon, they put rockets in her home, taught her to hate Jews, but Israel saved her and her family’s life and she adores Israel..Hamas needs to be destroyed they are the devil
They’ve also been known to kill women who are in a car without a proper escort. If it turns out the escort was proper, oh well.
I guess what I’m thinking, what kind of idiot journalist/photographer was sent out to do a story on the travails of women in Gaza and came back with horse back riding, shopping, lunches and wedding dresses. All of which I’m sure are accurate, but I’d speculate representative of the upper, aka governing, class. Who chose the photographers escort, and presented what they thought the world would like to see.
No doubt about that. Hamas is vile. Which coincidentally is an anagram of the word evil. One of the biggest errors of Oslo, besides the Oslo Accords themselves, was 1) bringing the PLO into the West Bank and giving them lots of guns and 2) not forcing the PLO once they became the defacto rulers of the Palestinians into crushing Hamas’ military wing. You can blame corruption of people like Mohammed Dahlan for the rise of Hamas. Anyway you can’t really have a “state” if you don’t exert control over the use of force. No country on earth allows renegade militias to do whatever attacks they want not just across the border but inside the territory they control. I’d wager that Hamas in Gaza has killed 50x more Palestinians than they have killed Israelis. No outcry from anyone.
