“Words have consequences like saying”........one served/fought in Vietnam when one did not.
You have to have either a very twisted mind or very black soul (or both!) to accuse someone, without any proof, of something you yourself have done, being provable.
When I talk about my head injury here sometimes people mail me and say thank you for your service.
I could ignore the response but I ALWAYS tell them I DID NOT SERVE but I am a YUGE supporter of brain injured vets. I support all vets but just can relate to the brain injured ones more. Though their injuries are usually FAR WORSE than mine.
No one knows me here.
I could say “you’re welcome” and be an injured vet hero on the board.
But that’s SICK. And I’m not SICK. Or that narcissistic!!
