This time, it was an international traveler who may have exposed people at Treasure Island. Anytime you have a lot of people condensed in one area, its concerning, said Dr. Cole Sondrup with Southern Hills Hospital. Experts say measles is one of the most-infectious diseases out there. About 90 percent of unvaccinated people will contract the virus if exposed. Luckily, in Nevada, we have very high rates of immunization, so theres herd immunity.
