Just looked it up on a map and old videos. And now it is starting to sink again.
According to "Engineering Catastrophes", they rebuilt the retaining wall and now monitor the street for changes. It was a very interesting story.
"Engineering Catastrophes" runs Thursday nights on The Science Channel. Hate to say it, but Baltimore's engineering woes seem to be featured more often than other cities. Another episode discussed Baltimore's aging sewer pipes.
Hogan is a big, fat turd, but at least he does recognize that the federal government — or at least some parts of it — is an even bigger abomination than the Maryland state government.

I took my mother down to the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore for some eye surgery a few years ago, and there was one nearby street that felt like it was made of cobblestones, but it was basically just dozens, if not hundreds, of potholes and pavement patches all adjacent to each other for one whole block.
And now the GW Parkway is screwed up (another Park Service responsibility):
US 40 comes to mind. A jarring experience.
