Well, you’re right. The GOP would never do it... FIRST. They couldn’t and wouldn’t. But as someone else pointed out above, it’s like Harry Reid and the filibuster. The GOP wouldn’t strike first, but they have been willing to walk through the door that he opened. If the Dems succeeded with their plan and through with court-packing up to 15, I could seriously see the GOP following suit with its own packing scheme when it regained control of congress/presidency.
And that’s the only way you can win with the Dems.
Maybe, all I know is that I would ignore such a court utterly.

That certainly would be their goal, yes, but I can remember a lot of us saying during Obama’s first couple years that permanent Dem control was his goal. And it certainly was. And he did a lot of crap with that goal in mind. Yet, despite of all that, the GOP managed to win in 2016. As the saying goes, the best laid plans of mice and men.... FDR probably thought his New Deal would usher in a permanent Dem majority. At some point, though, despite all the gerrymandering and scams and schemes, the voters have a funny way of throwing the bums out (on both sides).
Bad as she and her ‘ideas’ are, she’s out ther unashamedly pushing for her true love, communism.
