There either was evidence or there was not. If there was evidence there would at he very least been an indictment. There were no indictments for either collusion (not a crime) or for obstruction because there was no evidence.
Yes. No evidence but the report will be leaked because it’ll contain political spin and conjecture.
There’s a continuum from evidence to innuendo to lies. We’ll see the entire contiuum in the report and it will all be called “evidence”.
