Point is, Mike Lee isn’t on board. He just voted against the border wall - the center piece of Trumps agenda. But he’s doing a good job of making sheeple in the base forget about that, by distracting them withAOC and green new deal
No, he voted against a President having the power to spend money when that is constitutionally mandated as a power ONLY retained by Congress.
Now, I think the wall is one area where I personally in his position would have bent my constitutional convictions and voted to allow it.
I can understand how a strict constitutionalist might not though and it is certainly an arguably defensible position to take.
Look at his record....My guess is that you would likely agree with 90+% of his past positions. Are there not enough imbecilic politicians out there for you to despise without feeling the need to do the same to one that you would in all likelihood agree with 90% of the time?
