This is Wales. I think legal age for all genders and pairings is 16 in the UK, Pelosi's voting age of choice, that's why this wasn't considered criminal. The authorities found the young men were on "grindr" looking for a good time and found one with this teacher.

I don't know how they handled legal aged students and teachers having physical relationships there but I would have expected it to be a firing offense for women and young men or men and young women.

This case suggests otherwise. I'm surprised.
