Interesting that both Evans and Samuel L. Jackson of Avengers fame don’t mind alienating half their superhero audience by getting political.
Being in a blockbuster franchise gives you that freedom.
But Evans is done with the character now. And he’ll need audience members on the left and the right to support his future, far less populist, projects. Good luck.
