Why was Ellis Island closed and all immigration shut down from the 1920s until Marxocrat Teddy Kenedy managed to open it back up in 1965?

Because there were too many millions of foreign immigrants already here, both legally and illegally, and they needed time to fully assimilate into American culture and become American, or be deported. And because we didn't know how many intended harm to America. It was a National Security issue. 

FDR, Truman and Eisenhower all had programs of mass-deportation of illegal aliens and undesirable immigrants, involving millions of deportations, to keep America safe, and to keep America American. 

It was a matter of simple common sense. 

After Marxocrat Kenedy opened it back up again in 1965, we had a Marxocrat Party induced flood of illegals coming into America, just as we have today. It's the Cloward-Pivoning of America on steroids. 

Reagan attempted to solve the horrible condition brought about by the reopening of immigration in 1965 and the Marxocrat-induced flood of illegals by making a Faustian Bargain with the Marxocrats; he would sign on to amnesty for those already here in return for closing the border and ending massive illegal entries. 

The result, of course, predictably, was that the anti-American Marxocrats did not keep their end of the bargain, the border was left open, and there were enough Marxocrat Party-dependent former illegals in California to permanently transform Californian politics from Republicrat to Marxocrat. And California has been going downhill ever since. 

The best, safest and most comprehensive thing President Trump could do today is to close all immigration as a National Security measure, as it was until 1965, and keep it closed until all those currently here are either fully assimilated Americans, or deported as undesirable. 

There is no honorable deal that can be made with the Marxocrats. 

The "Assylum Seeker" exception, having been grossly abused by Marxocrat-educated criminal aliens, should likewise be shut down. No one should be able to use our charitable nature as a weapon with which to destroy us as a nation.

President Trump is upset about the border and talks about a shutdown but other voices close to him are talking about “comprehensive immigration reform”.

I don’t see clarity coming out of Washington right now at all.

Here's the thing. Trump wants the Dreamers. He's already offered 1.8 million so-called Dreamers a path to citizenship but Chuck Schumer shot it down back in Jan 2018, during the first shutdown where he was completely humiliated. But no politician in Washington is going to deport the children of illegal aliens.

That is why Trump is saber-rattling but not taking decisive action. He still believes he'll get a "deal" out of Congressional Democrats but it's clear that Democrats want open borders.

Yes, Trump must understand that the Democrats are now dependent on vote fraud and the unhindered influx of malleable immigrants for their party’s continued survival because, thanks to Trump’s economic leveling, most minorities are finding the jobs are out there now for the taking (freedom from the plantation of government dependency).

Here's how to end the border crisis:

1. @realDonaldTrump enters an executive order under 8 USC 1182 that stops ALL IMMIGRATION for 180 days.

2. @POTUS notifies foreign countries our borders are closed.

3. Notify Mexico that if they can't keep people from crossing, we will establish a perimeter on their side of the border at least two miles wide that we will secure by any means necessary to protect our sovereignty. Send the military to fly it, secure it and patrol it.

4. Stop all public assistance to illegals. Round them up, bus them back.

5. Keep families together on bus deep into Mexico

6. No TAX DOLLARS for any groups helping "resettlements."Catholic charities and others have turned it into billion dollar business

Right—Trump had the unfortunate duo of Kushner and Pence involved in his immigration stuff since December, and of course had Kelly and Kelly’s puppet slow walking anything on immigration before then. It was in December that he supposedly came to the truce with the Jorge Bush and his family, including starting to take immigration advice from the Bush Center, or whatever that’s called, which pushes something approaching a de facto open border.

But as Sidney Powell wrote back in October, he has it within his power to shut the border to immigration completely. IMO he should have done that well before now, and only opened it again once Congress gave him the laws we need to seriously fix the issue. That would have been much easier done with the old Congress, but still IMO should be done under what we’ve got now.

Just close it all down until and unless he gets the reforms he needs from Congress.

The issue of sovereignty should not be allowed to get twisted into being propagandized as “White Nationalism”. Use of that term is usually directed when the immigration issue is brought up to devalue of the protections an American citizen have by being one. When allowing the hoards illegally entering the US through the Mexican border avoid enforcing the reciprocal 2nd class treatment that American citizens get while legally residing in Mexico which of course also includes denial of voting privileges..

Today’s so called democrats insist Americans must allow illegals storm in here by the hundreds of thousands despite their cost to us of billion$ in tax dollars,which is never enough. Tax money that should be going to our citizens for their sustenance,health,education,and housing even infrastructure needs. But Americans must do the tax flagellating punishment because we’re the very rich United States and must divert those billion$ to fill the needs of those poor illegals plus give them the right to vote. Sustained by our tax money which our children’s children if not aborted will be paying for.

It’s time we consider illegal entry by any person who is a non Mexican citizen illegally entering the United States through the US Mexican border a defacto Mexican citizen with limited Mexican constitutional rights subject to their laws while transiting. As well as any Mexican citizen entering illegally exempting those who do so legally and meet US citizenship requirements. All subject to reciprocal citizen treatment a citizen of the United States receives in Mexico through the Mexican constitution on citizenship .

Besides being unable to vote one must also be a citizen to own land and Mexico is very restrictive about granting citizenship. Because of that a US citizen besides not being able to vote,and cannot have title in their name to any land property in Mexico. And until that is changed the US and the affected state should consider making that reciprocal. Prohibiting any illegal entrant employment, voting, and land ownership privileges fully enforced ..
In other words Sneak into this country before expulsion no job no voting no landowning ..
