Fine. By their logic, Delaware should not have two senators. After all, why should Delaware have the same number of Senators as Texas or California?

I guess they should award their Senators based on which party wins the “national popular vote” of Senators rather than their own voters as well - same logic.
That’s already being questioned. California believes it should have more senators. I think they may add Puerto Rico and Washington DC and have 4 additional senators. That’s the chatter.
