She's not "the" Assistant U.S. Attorney. She's an Assistant U.S. attorney, and there are over 200 of those in the Southern District of New York.

Also, the article is from 2016, and lists big-time lefty Preet Bharara as the U.S. Attorney. But he was fired by Trump back in 2017 and replaced by a Trump appointee. I don't know if Comey's daughter is even there still. Although again, even if she is, that's a low level position that pays less than $60k/year.
