Just a posting, to indicate that this website is apparently monitoring developments, possibly indicating an increase in threat coming from North Korea.

Possibly. Maybe. Just reporting what has been reported, by the website.

Or it could be, different from what is being reported.

The website / YouTube channel is a joke. 1:30 minutes of Chyrons covering every inch of the screen with canned dramatic music. No actual news.

Any title that says “maybe” - “possible” - “could” isn’t exactly a bell-ringer for me.

I guess a heads up is nice.

Not trying to give you a hard time, but each of these could just as easily be titled, “maybe not” - “possibly not” - “could not”...

I understand you may feel that way. Just that to me they sometimes seem well tuned in.

Use your judgement.

Maybe.

The last time we checked on North Korea, all the participating parties in the Hanoi Summit were regrouping after the sudden collapse of the high-level meeting between President Donald Trump and North Korea’s Chairman Kim Jong Un.

Now it is being reported that after a North Korean opposition group stormed the North Korean embassy in Spain last month, it handed over data stolen from the raid to the FBI.

Receiving intelligence stolen from a foreign embassy in a NATO country puts the FBI in a delicate position, but there is no U.S. legal prohibition against the American government making use of the material, legal experts say.

The raid occurred in broad daylight in late February, just days before the Hanoi Summit. A group of masked men forced their way into the North Korean embassy in Madrid, tied up staff, and grabbed computers and mobile devices.

The raid was initially a mystery, but the culprit was soon revealed: Free Joseon, an organization that calls for the overthrow of Kim’s dynasty and had emerged publicly after the killing of the North Korean ruler’s estranged half brother in 2017.

Yeah, I agree completely.

There are apparently completely opposing signs, we are hearing.

Or else, two ways to interpret things.

Don’t know.

The Spanish Intelligence Agency reported two, of the men in the raid were associated w/ the CIA. I posted it on FR at the time.

CIA implicated in attack on North Korean embassy in Madrid
According to Spanish investigators, two of the men who broke into the diplomatic headquarters have connections to the US intelligence service

Investigators from the Spanish police and National Intelligence Center (CNI) have linked an attack on the North Korean embassy in Madrid on February 22 to the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).

Sources believe the goal of the attack embassy was to get information on the former North Korean ambassador to Spain

At least two of the 10 assailants who broke into the embassy and interrogated diplomatic staff have been identified and have connections to the US intelligence agency. The CIA has denied any involvement but government sources say their response was “unconvincing.”

I sure hope so. That would indicate that there are at least a few non-bureaucrats left in the agency.

“I sure hope so. That would indicate that there are at least a few non-bureaucrats left in the agency.”

I was thinking the very same thing. Although I do wonder how they found the time what with the CIA being so busy trying to remove President Trump by any means necessary.

I’d say the site is doing a deal like stores that sell loss-leaders...get the customer in so they are tempted by the rest of the crap they sell.

Glad to know we’re thinking alike. We need a GOOD CIA, not the pansy CYA.
