Years ago I remember watching some sports show during football season, and they had on two 'experts' who were selling their betting picks, and they gave out a number of games for free.
EVERY SINGLE ONE was a loser...wrong, wrong, wrong. I tuned in a week later just to watch them eat some crow, but they never mentioned it and just went on as though nothing bad had happened.
