Yes.....however it would take Gantz quite awhile to even get that off the ground. It’s a heavy lift as the years of others attempts have shown. The conditions for this to happen are not yet there.

I doubt the poverty line has anything to do with why some are not happy with BIBI, that’s often used to cover for other reasons.
