Perhaps, but Huber was not tasked with investigating the FISA abuses. Inspector General Horowitz is doing that.
Huber was tasked with leading the prosecutions that may arise from Horowitz's second report. Huber was an "insurance policy" for the recused Sessions to neutralize Deep State Slimeball "Acting Attorney General for all things Russia" Rosenstein's ability to slow or stop the prosecutions.
Now with Barr in as Attorney General, it may no longer be necessary to run the prosecutions out of the Utah office.

I don’t think anything the Dems say or do or don’t say or do will deter Barr one iota. He seems to be a man who is going to tolerage the “ridiculous BS” aspect of his job while proceeding methodically to do it lawfully and correctly, let the chips fall where they may. That may mean at times there will be negative material about the President, but transparency doens’t mean shading the truth either way.
Balls and strikes, General Barr, that’s what is needed. Ignore the catcalls and just follow the law.
I do not think BHO is even a USA citizen and that is why is passport records are sealed.
I do not think he is related to the Dunham’s and he is a citizen of either Indonesia or another country we have not even read about.
But, if Trump releases this information, or gets BHO to confess in exchange for a deportment to his “home country”, Trump will lose the goodwill he has in the African-American community. However, in January 2021, all bets are off.

Barr may be there to cover both Mueller and Trump. There could be individuals who already have been offered by Mueller, to which the tidbits are referencing.
Nothing will come of a Barr investigation. The dems, assisted by the media and friendly judges, will bury it.
Barr hasn’t been there long enough or, until now, indicated that he would actually DO something about Dem/deep state corruption.
NOW, he’ll start to get the ‘warnings’ and family will start feeling the pressure, if he himself isn’t capo’d before he can do anything positive.
This will surely be quite interesting to watch. From past history, I don’t see anything coming of it as the big $$/deep pockets behind the One World Gov’t will make their moves, albeit behind the scenes. Think Rich, et al.
I really don’t see much coming of any of this for the Dems. They have too much $$ and media behind them and on their side. I think Trump is a fluke, as much as he’s done and as positive as he’s been, but still, an outlier. The corruption is too deep and wide to let anything happen now to take away their power.
We’ll see.
