Dems will end up getting them, but will take a couple of levels in federal court. DC circuit will say yes and Supremes will decline to hear it.
the House Democrats KNOW they have no right to ANY citizens’ tax returns...and that it is criminal offense for anyone to release them. (They wrote the laws, after all...and most of them are lawyers.. and all of them have access to an entire staff of attorneys)
Disclosure of tax returns have always been voluntary, egged on by the Commie press who knew that their favorite politicians were operating in cash, laundered through the unions and mafia. Republicans, who actually have a professional life and an honest living were vulnerable. Unfortunately, the Bushes and the Romneys of the world caved and released their returns. It never should happen, every again by any politician.
