I hit a drive into “the rough” and was able to get my ball easily.
There were about a bazillion balls about 5 yards further in - easily gettable - which I did.
I have no idea what kind of cactus this was ( northerner ) and I felt nothing going in or coming out.
Unfortunately, when I got out, I was covered in these fine thorns.
My SIL never said not to go in there.
I had to use duct tape & tweezers to get these suckers out.
All the clothes I was wearing I threw away to include golf shoes & glove.
Haunted me for months, pulling the boogers out.
