She doesn’t do it the way Tucker does....he gives them enough rope for them to completely entrap themselves. LOL!!

Laura is always trying to show how important, etc., she is. Tucker, on the other hand, does not seem to have this egocentric component to him. I can sometimes watch Tucker, but never last more than a segment with Laura, even when she had great guests on.
