No, Comey, the court didn't "order" anything, it granted permission for FBI-REQUESTED ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE based on unverified information THAT YOU SWORE TO WAS VERIFIED.

It was not “court ordered”. It was authorized by the court based on false information. The FBI ordered the spying after it obtained permission from the court. Just because you get a warrant does not mean you must serve it.
“Court Ordered” is the new talking point. It was not court ordered. It was ordered by Comey and McCabe and authorized by the FISA court based on fake information.
If it were done to him, I expect he’d say something different. What does he think ... that spying solely involves a pair of binoculars?
