Also, 10% is not out of line with US demographics, particularly considering the demographics of qualified candidates. Yeah? How? Judges can say that they worship Satan and hope the US dies a slow death in the name of Allah. They know that there no way 2/3rds will ever vote to remove. I think the best tactic Trump should ignore the judiciary, until the SCOTUS assumes a new role, and takes oversite control of all in-elected judges, and are allowed to remove judges by simple SCOTUS majority vote when a judge is out of line, and not following the Constitution. Their decision could be overturned by 2/3rd vote, for, the Senate, but the violation must be flagrant and showing bias, or mental instability. Most of Clinton and Obamas picks would be gone in a month.
