“Hostile… Aggressive” Migrants Breach Mexico’s Southern Border, Join Caravan

Just in case you were worried that we might run out of illegal aliens that the President could ship to sanctuary cities, fear not. The next caravan from Honduras and Guatemala is on the move in southern Mexico and the number of travelers is increasing. They just received hundreds of additional recruits when a mob of significant size broke through the fences at one border crossing, overwhelming police in the area and moving to join the caravan heading north. Rather than peaceful asylum seekers, authorities described them as being hostile and aggressive. (Associated Press)

Mexican authorities said a group of about 350 migrants broke the locks on a border gate Friday and forced their way into southern Mexico to join a larger group of migrants trying to make their way toward the United States.

The National Immigration Institute did not identify the nationalities of the migrants, but they are usually from Central America…

The institute said the migrants were acting in a “hostile” and “aggressive” way, and accused them of also attacking local police in Metapa, a Mexican village that lies between the border and the nearby city of Tapachula.

This latest group brings the number of migrants in that caravan to well over 2,000. They’re heading toward Tapachula, where authorities expect them to wait to be issued documents allowing them to travel north to the United States. Members of the caravan are complaining that Mexico is slow-walking the admission process as well as the distribution of humanitarian aid.

This latest group may have competition in the race to make it to the US border. There’s already another 2,500 strong caravan stuck further to the west in Chiapas. They are similarly awaiting paperwork allowing them to strike out to the north.

But to your point, it's murder.

In Texas there's a law that says if someone breaks into your house you have the right to use deadly force to stop the threat. No need to determine if the person is armed or not.And no need to determine what his/her intentions are.In fact,it's my understanding that that same law gives you the right to use deadly force against a person who breaks into a home *other* that yours.

I'm 99% certain that I heard that exactly description used in regard to a law that was passed in Texas within the last few years (can't recall when I heard it).

The United States is *my* home and I'll live with the moral consequences of using "shoot to kill" and I'll sleep like a baby after each such report I might hear.

And yes,I fully recognize the right of any agent of a foreign government to shoot *me* because I entered their country illegally. On the hundreds of occasions I've eneted a foreign country (check my profile page if you have a minute) I have,to the best of my knowledge,*never* violated *any* of their immigration laws...and I never will.

Just sayin'...

I’ll give Cheney credit for rooting out a lot of potential Islamic terrorist cells in the U.S.

I just sent this series of tweets to Bishop Richard Stika of the Diocese of Knoxville, @BishopStika

If anyone wants to borrow any of these, please feel free.

Reporting facts already in the public record is not an "attack." Bishops don't realize how much they injure themselves when they act like we are children who are not supposed to know such things. "I see that the whole world is corrupt because of silence" St. Catherine of Siena.

Please respectfully hear what Cdl Robert Sarah says: "The Church cannot cooperate with this new form of slavery that has become mass migration....It is better to help people flourish in their [own] culture ...It is a false exegesis to use the Word of God to promote migration."

The whole point of LEGAL immigration is an orderly, lawful, dignified process w/ real ID's,criminal background checks, health assessments. What's going on at the border is not immigration. It is planned, intentional chaos: cynically deploying the poor to overwhelm the system.

Who dares to say that this planned chaos is Jesus' teaching? I get angry that the migrants are being shoved like pawns across the geopolitical chessboard. But that begins in El Salvador, Honduras etc. by criminals like "Open Borders". It's not DJT that's doing the shoving.

The Fed Courts ruled years ago that it is illegal to put minors in detention with adults, for their own safety. We don't even know whose kids they are. And every girl over 10 years old is now given a pg test because they've been raped, some by traffickers posing as their dads!

I wrote an article for NCR 39 years ago re the Reagan Amnesty of 1986., noting that both sides WANT mass illegal immigration: the Repubs want cheap labor and the Dems want cheap votes. Please! Don't let the poor be exploited as a battering ram for globalists' evil ambitions.

It is better to help people flourish in their [own] culture ...

Archbishop Romero was trying to do just that in Central America, and was murdered for his efforts as were 4 visiting Catholic nuns around the same time.

The domestic enemies facilitating the invasion must be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible.

Horribly true. Some FReepers aren’t going to know quite what we’re talking about, but St. Oscar Romero and Companions, pray for us.

James Woods provided the explanation, which is why they are so upset about moving them to CA:

Texas

If they can keep them in TX, eventually they will turn TX blue. That’s why they want them all kept at the TX border, in TX towns and not shipped to sanctuary cities and states.

Once they turn TX blue, we’re finished.

Shipping them to Sanctuary Cities is a bad idea. The Left will just ship them out to wherever. This whole idea assumes illegals get to stay. No thanks! Get tough, Mr. President! You have people who support you.
