I recall when Hanoi Jane Fonda was awarded the academy award for her (cough, cough) performance in the truly forgettable movie "Klute".
I also recall when Mister Barack What's-his-name was awarded the Nobel peace prize for, um, well nobody really knows for what.
Marxists/progressives/and Dems just love to give shiny yet unearned awards to themselves.
