Trump should use his National Emergency Powers & send a NOTICE to all Food/Welfare/Housing Welfare Recipients stating,
"Due to the Massive increase of impoverished illegal aliens suffering from starvation and lack of shelter on our Southern Border, all Welfare benefits will be cut by 30% and reallocated to support the Humanitarian Crisis on our Southern Border caused by your Democrat Politicians."
