Not good and on the surface seems unlikely that these bills can be stopped.

If so, that will be a very sad day for Nevada:

They will say the state constitution is not violated. It is all a matter of interpretation. "Other lawful purposes" leaves a big hole in those rights when a local jurisdiction passes a law saying no longer lawful.
