Set me to wondering what poor Shep may have done ...... maybe he backed up to the wrong attractive guy at the bar?

The writer meant that Nap was asking for a pardon for a mutual ‘friend’ of his and Shemp’s, I believe.”

Also, a POTUS can pardon only FEDERAL CRIMES, not state or local, so whatever this person did, it had to be a FEDERAL CASE...................
