Patriots are reminded that the states have never expressly constitutionally delegated to unconstitutionally big federal government the specific power to regulate, tax and spend in the name of politically correct global warming.

”From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added].” —United States v. So misguided senators must do the following.

Constitutionally low-information, post-17th Amendment ratification federal senators need to get elected to their state legislatures and use state powers to waste state taxpayer dollars, not unconstitutional federal funding, on politically correct global warming, depending on the threshold of tax pain of their respective state citizens.

Note this insight into 10th Amendment-protected state powers by Justice Brandeis.

Note that the constitutional limit on states as laboratories of democracy is that states cannot establish privileged / protected classes or abridge constitutionally enumerated rights, and must maintain a constitutionally guaranteed republican form of government.
