Obama was never eligible.

He is not a natural born citizen.

We lost the Constitution on Usurpation Day, January 20, 2009.

The expansion of the sundry alphabet soup of federal bureaucracies as their regulatory power when challenged gets expanded when supported by lower court decisions warrants a serious constitutional review.

"The US Constitution is flawed in many ways and needs to be updated..."

I couldn't disagree more, "needs to be up-dated..." is the easy way out. Obeying what a person swears too, should be etched in granite.

"An oath of office is an oath or affirmation a person takes before undertaking the duties of an office, usually a position in government or within a religious body..."

Giving politicians the "right to lie" has led to the breakdown of our laws and that legal system which once offered protection to American citizens from their elected. It is now chaos on all sides. This is not the fault of the United States Constitution. It is the fault of citizens who don't demand everyone obey "the law" or face the consequences.

Mao’s concern about a runaway bureaucracy spawned the Cultural Revolution. Like any communist, his answer to any political problem was having people shot.

“We should be appalled of the inroads that the Administrative State has made into American governance and the peril the Administrative State poses to our Constitution”

When you make government work so lucrative over the real world, there should be no surprise when they decide to stay a while and come up with ways where they can bring their friends into the club and leverage more ways to get more money for themselves.

That is what this is really about.

If you limit pay and benefits of government service, folks won’t be encouraged to stay so long.

Obama did not happen in a cultural or political vacuum. America has changed. Its citizens ( and non citizens) no longer share a common reasonable social consensus. Obama was a consequence of this change. The hedonism and decadence has a political voice as the Democratic Party.

Rules for Changing a Limited Republican Government...

7. It must not be forgotten that the members of the legislative body are to have a deep stake in the game. This is an essential point, and happily is attended with no difficulty. - Freneau - “The Annals of America” 1784-1796

It is the feeling of many political scientists that the majority of federal regulations ought to be the purview of the states, not the fedgov.

“Enumerated Powers” is back there somewhere in the dust, alongside the notion of restricted federal govt itself, via George W Bush and Gonzales v Raich.

Flooding the country with foreigners changed it.
We don’t all love America.
A lot of the newcomers want it changed.

Yes, indeed. As Johnson alluded, the solution is straightforward. Repeal a few ridiculous Scotus decisions, which is probably easier than educating a majority of Congress.

“Obama Executive Order Unleashes “Behavioral Science” Squad to “Nudge” You
by Alex Neman Sept. 18, 2015, The New American

“Under the guise of better “serving” the American people through government, Obama signed an executive order last year calling for federal agencies and departments to deploy emerging “behavioral science” techniques against the public. The Obama order also establishes a Social and Behavioral Sciences Team charged with applying psychological research to manipulate the beliefs and behaviors of Americans under various pretexts, and guide the vast federal bureaucracy as it hones its abilities to manipulate the public. “ --SNIP--

==================================================

(HAT TIP ANIMA MUNDI)---they command people to believe the absurd----(a) a total acceptance of gay marriage, (b) global warming tagged climate change, and, (c) Hillary looking into the camera, admitting to lying and betrayal, yet, she still is supported. NOT TO FORGET (d) Muslims are peaceful, (e) Mexico is our friend, (f) illegals violate our borders looking for a better life, (g) The Clinton Foundation is saving the globe.

ANALYSIS Behavioral Sciences and psychology are dismissed by our side is being USED by the other side. Psychology is not just “counseling” or some frivolous study. It is a weapon when used in certain ways to strategically position image, words, feelings of large groups of people.

Trayvon Martin becomes a moral cause, his name on everyone’s lips....fund-raising as a bonus.

Kate Steinle killed by an illegal in San Francisco??? Well, “things happen.”

Benghazi? “Well, so long ago”, etc.

We had better start paying attention to this and grab the language: stop using their terms, stop giving into their demands, stop apologizing for offending them, stop changing team names and acting as if their complaints are real when they are not.

All of it is connected and goes back to manipulation of public opinion. These tools are available to us as well. Reframe arguments, never let anything go unchallenged just to be popular.

==================================

Educational materials from Obama's Department of Defense (DOD) depict conservative organizations as “hate groups” and to be aware that “many extremists will talk of individual liberties, states’ rights, and how to make the world a better place.” The documents repeatedly cite the leftwing Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) as a resource for identifying “hate groups.”

Judicial Watch obtained the DOD documents in a response to a Freedom of Information Act request (FOIA) filed on April 8, 2013. The FOIA requested “Any and all records concerning, regarding, or related to the preparation and presentation of training materials on hate groups or hate crimes distributed or used by the Air Force.”

Included in the 133 pages of lesson plans and PowerPoint slides provided by the Air Force is a January 2013 Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute “student guide” entitled “Extremism.” The document says that it is “for training purposes only” and “do not use on the job.” Highlights include:

•The document defines extremists as “a person who advocates the use of force or violence; advocates supremacist causes based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or national origin; or otherwise engages to illegally deprive individuals or groups of their civil rights.”

•A statement that “Nowadays, instead of dressing in sheets or publically espousing hate messages, many extremists will talk of individual liberties, states’ rights, and how to make the world a better place.”

•“[W]hile not all extremist groups are hate groups, all hate groups are extremist groups.”

•Under a section labeled “Extremist Ideologies” the document states, “In U.S. history, there are many examples of extremist ideologies and movements. The colonists who sought to free themselves from British rule and the Confederate states who sought to secede from the Northern states are just two examples.”

•In this same section, the document lists the 9/11 attack under a category of “Historical events.”

•“[A]ctive participation…with regard to extremist organizations is incompatible with military service and, is therefore prohibited.” [Emphasis in original]

•The document details the “seven stages of hate” and sixteen “extremists’ traits.”

•The SPLC is listed as a resource for information on hate groups and referenced several times throughout the guide.

•Of the five organizations besides the SPLC listed as resources, one is an SPLC project (Teaching Tolerance) and one considers any politically or socially conservative movement to be a potential hate group (Political Research Associates).

•Other than a mention of 9/11 and the Sudan, there is no discussion of Islamic extremism.
