Hundreds of former Justice Department officials said in an open letter released Monday that President Donald Trump would be facing multiple felony charges stemming from the Russia investigation if he were not President.

The letter posted online by Justice Department alumni, who served under presidents from both parties, said the report from special counsel Robert Mueller contained repeated instances of Trump committing obstruction of justice, and that he would have been charged with obstruction if he was not protected as President by an opinion from the Justice Department's Office of Legal Counsel that Mueller cited. ...

Sounds like they need better-educated lawyers at the DOJ.

Get that list and fire each and every one of them for not recognizing what is going on. Some are leaders and some are mere followers... the leaders need special treatment!

DOJ Alumni StatementFollow Apr 13, 2018 We, the undersigned, are proud alumni of the United States Department of Justice. We served this institution out of a commitment to the founding American principles that our democratic republic depends upon the rule of law, that the law must be applied equally, and that no one is above the law. Many of us served with Robert Mueller and Rod Rosenstein. Those of us who served with these men know them to be dedicated public servants committed to these principles. All of us served with thousands of their peers at the Department, who also swear an oath to serve, defend, and protect the United States, the Constitution and the American people. We know that there are thousands of public servants at the Department today who serve these principles and all of us. We are therefore deeply disturbed by the attacks that have been levied against the good men and women of the Department. Not only is it an insult to their public service, but any attempt to corrupt or undermine the even-handed application of the rule of law threatens the foundation of our Republic. We know the people who serve at the Department will bravely weather these attacks and continue to uphold their oaths by doing only what the law dictates. But it is up to the rest of us, and especially our elected representatives, to come to their defense and oppose any attempt by the President or others to improperly interfere in the Department’s work, including by firing either Mr. Mueller, Mr. Rosenstein or other Department leadership or officials for the purpose of interfering in their investigations. Should the President take such a step, we call on Congress to swiftly and forcefully respond to protect the founding principles of our Republic and the rule of law. If it’s so many blatantly obvious then why no charges?

Each and every one of the signatories should be disbarred for dishonesty and lack of professionalism, as well as failure to avoid any appearance of impropriety

Ironic how quiet the DOJ, FBI, CIA & the NSA are on Hillary Clintons obstruction of Justice when she was under Congressional subpoena to produce her secret server and personal computer hard drives, her cell phones and ALL of her emails as Secretary of State. All of that is STILL in our faces; her private server hard drives destroyed by Bleach Bit, 33,000 emails that went missing and her many cell phones smashed using hammers. Except for those in the Congressional Freedom Caucus, CRICKETS on all of that from those in the government, past and present.

Wow, the Dem-Media Complex is really panicking!!

they’re still TRYING to create an “obstruction hysteria” which will sweep up everyone in Congress into demanding Trump’s impeachment ...

of course, some actual evidence of obstruction would help ...
