I can see what she did, homes, and so can you.
I don’t care what she or anyone “said”, especially MTV “News” or any other national “news”.
I can see her run the stop sign, and then I can see him pull her over right after that.
MAYBE he offered her a lesser charge in an effort to BE NICE to her, even though she didn’t deserve that.
I, me myself, have been pulled over for speeding, but then was written a ticket for a busted windshield instead, which happens to be a non-moving violation.
What the heck is wrong with you? When have I ever spoken to you like that?
All I did was say that she said she was pulled over for failure to signal on her video. That is not deserving of the response you gave me.
If you can't be civil with me, then don't bother responding again. I thought you were better than that.

Whatever he chose to cite to her or write her for is his business.
He could have chosen to write her for nothing, doesn’t change the fact that she ran a stop sign right in front of him, and he then pulled her over.

I worked for a company that had a plant in a “rural Texas town”. When we located it there our president asked the mayor if the town’s “public swimming pool” was integrated. So first she fails to stop or even slow at a stop sign and just continues out into the street, then after he turns around and follows her, she switches lanes without signaling.
The lane change was the most recent infraction and the most indisputable, but not the infraction which caused the initiation of trailing.

He got on her case for running the stop sign.
I don’t imagine that he turned around and followed her for the non-signal that occurred some 60 seconds after he turned around and followed her.
Whatever he cited to her as his reason was his choice, because she clearly ran the stop sign, and she also turned at the stop sign without signaling.
He was justified in stopping her.
