I read somewhere a statement attributed to Team Trump about a leak: the news is fake, but the leak is real...Maybe the info is fake in whole or in part?

Maybe to try to prove in court there is no legitimate legislative purpose for the subpoena of Trumps’s tax returns, only to try to smear him. This is what they are arguing to overturn the Congressional subpoena of his returns.
