ICE has already released 168,000 illegal immigrant family members into the U.S. this fiscal year, and the number is likely to surge as the border situation deteriorates, a top deportation official told Congress on Wednesday.
According to the results of a pilot program, a staggering 87% of released families are skipping their court hearings, leaving judges to order them deported in absentia — and the government is ill-equipped to track them down.
[snip] “Family units are not appearing in great numbers,”said ( Nathalie R. Asher), the acting chief of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s deportation branch.
She revealed the numbers to senators Wednesday during a high-stakes hearing in which she and other immigration officials pleaded with Congress for more money and more legal tools to try to stop the surge of illegal immigrants.

Depending on where these illegals go it could be enough to flip an election.

1) southern barrier;
2) require eVerify to hire;
3) end all chain migration;
4) birthright per Minor v. Happersett (plural parents);
5) end work visas;
6) 10-year moratorium on all new applications for citizenship (40 years to allow workplace automation effects on downsizing population)
7) demonstrate English proficiency to acquire citizenship

Vermont has made a big change in their approach, she says. Instead of just trying to attract businesses to the state, they’re now appealing directly to individuals.

Rescind these releases and work permits. Have everyone report in for holding or deportation. Free those jobs for US citizens and legal residents. Make clear that if they continue working, if they get any public services, and if they don’t turn themselves in, they will be marked for immediate and permanent deportation.
Yes! And anyone currently in the US illegally or with orders to leave, missed hearings, etc., give their 90 days to register and leave, else permanaent bar from reentry. Also, they must confess to crimes in US—illegal entry, identity, work, etc.
The first sign your area has been targeted for an unasked for influx of Latin Americans is suddenly an entire isle of your favorite grocery store will be devoted to mexican/ethinc food.

Did all of the talk about sending them to sanctuary cities disappear? Or did they get released into sanctuary cities? Assuming now that they will all be gathered up and returned to Mexico to await their dates in court.
